Great location and friendly staff

Friendly and helpful staff. The place isn't new but well maintained. The room is spacious. The location is good. Near convenience stores and foodshops that serve delicious food. About 10 min walk from the nearest metro station. There are bus stops in front and opposite the hotel. Easy to travel with public buses.

The pillows are too soft. If only the pillows can be more firm and provide better neck support. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer shared amongst all the hotel guests. Good to provide more.

Friendly and helpful staff. Decent location. Big rooms with all amenities. Plus for having washing machine. Close to 24h supermarket.

Simple but fine hotel

The price was really good, so also the expectations where not high. Rooms where clean and fine, nice shower.

Breakfast was limited toast with jam, and some salad. But given the price you can not expeceted much more.

Decent hotel. Staffs were polite and always promptly reply to queries in person or online.

Room and bathroom were big and spacious. Pretty sound proof as no outside noises can be heard from the room.

Pleasant stay

The staff were helpful and polite. The air con was cold and we couldn’t set the temperature. The staff also couldn’t but they gave us blankets. The location is very close to Songshan Cultural and Creative Park （松山文創園區）. Room was clean.

Lovely stay

It was really nice staying there. All the staff were so friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

It’s a bit far from the MRT station especially when you have several luggages.. but the bus stops are nearby so if you travel by bus, it’s not a big issue.

Great but can improve further.

Well located within central Taipei city, convenient 10-15min walk to two mtr lines with many eateries nearby. Room were clean, spacious and have good amenities.

No central heating facility, hence rooms were slightly cold during winter season at night - should consider options for heater indoors. Similar simple daily breakfast, we ended up not eating last two days - should consider changing menu.
